Peanut Butter Cookies From Powdered Peanut Butter

An all-time favorite low-calorie cookie. Easy to make and only requires a few ingredients.

Powdered Peanut Butter Cookies

Makes 6 giant or 14 regular-sized cookies

  • 48 gram Powdered Peanut Butter
  • 15 gram Monk Fruit Sweetener or any other sweetener. If you like sweet cookies: double this and use 30 grams instead.
  • 0.25 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon White vinegar
  • 25 gram Water


  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  • Combine ingredients, make sure to use fresh baking powder. Depending on your powdered peanut butter you might have to use more or less water so add it in increments.
  • Spread each cookie thin on the baking tray using a full teaspoon of batter for each.
  • Bake in oven 10-12 minutes


When you take them out of the oven they will be soft so let cool before eating.
