  • 290 gram cauliflower
  • 2 gram oil
  • 1 tablespoon white Vinegar
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt


  • Preheat oven to 425 F.
  • Chop cauliflower into the desired size and add to a bowl. Pour over the vinegar, oil, and salt. Toss to mix.
  • Lay the cauliflower on a parchment or foil-covered baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until they start to brown.
  • Serve topped with chopped fresh parsley.
