Ranch made with Greek Yogurt

Great low-calorie high-protein ranch dressing for main courses, snacks, vegetables, or chips.

Ingredients
  

  • 120 g Greek nonfat yogurt 64 calories
  • 0.5 tsp dill, fresh 2 calories
  • 0.5 tsp chives spice
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder 2 calories
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder 2 calories
  • 5 ml/gram lemon juice 2 calories
  • 3 ml/gram white vinegar
  • 30 ml/gram water (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. For best flavor let stand in fridge 15-30 minutes before serving. Add a tablespoon (15 ml)  of water per serving for a thinner consistency.

Notes

You can replace 20-gram Greek yogurt with mayo for a more full-fat ranch consistency.
