Chinese Dipping Sauce
For lettuce wraps, Potstickers or Gyozas.
Ingredients
- 30 ml Soy Sauce 10 calories (I use great value low sodium)
- 20 ml Rice Vinegar
- 24 gram Scallion 8 calories
- 1 teaspoon Chili Paste I use Sambal Oelek
- 2 gram Sesame Oil 19 calories
- 0.25 teaspoon Ginger root 1 calorie
- 0.12 teaspoon Garlic Powder 1 calorie
Instructions
- Chop scallions.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve.
