Strawberry Smoothie – Protein Shake
Pictured in a 7 inch tall glass (22 oz). A 390-gram smoothie for only 193 calories and 26 grams of protein!
Ingredients
- 130 gram Strawberry
- 20 gram Banana
- 180 gram/ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 31 gram Protein Powder If you use a protein powder with casein , it will become more fluffy and voluminous
Instructions
- Chop and freeze the strawberry and banana overnight.
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend for 2-3 minutes.
Notes
Add 2 grams of butter extract for a strawberry shortcake flavor.
