Cold Foam
Find your favorite way to make cold foam using these six different methods
Ingredients
- 15 ml/gram (1 tbsp) Zero Sugar Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer (I use Coffee Mate) 15 calories
- 30 ml/gram Unsweetened Almond Milk 4 calories
Optional
- 2 gram Sweeteners such as Splenda (optional)
- 1 gram vanilla extract
Instructions
Eletronic frother
- Combine all ingredients in the frother and use the cold foam function.
Handheld frother
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and use the frother until it triples in size.
Immersion blender
- In a large glass or bowl, add ingredients. Immerse the blender into the container and blend. Start with a lower speed then increase speed until the foam reaches the right consistency.
French press
- Add everything in the French press. Plunge the level up and down until soft foam forms.
Regular blender (for larger servings)
- Add all ingredients into a blender, and run on high speed for 30-60 seconds.
Mason Jar
- Add everything in a mason jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake vigorously until soft foam forms, about 5-6 minutes.
Notes
Make salted caramel by using a caramel-flavored coffee creamer or syrup and a dash of sea salt.
