Parsley and Lemon Precooked Shrimp

Parsley and Lemon Precooked Shrimp

A wonderful lemon and parsley dressing for precooked shrimp. Serve with a green salad, as finger food, with cold pasta,  rice, or with steamed vegetables.

  • 170 gram shrimp cooked – tail off
  • 15 gram/ml red wine vinegar
  • 15 gram/ml lemon juice
  • 2 gram fresh parsley
  • 1 gram dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)


  • Chop fresh parsley. Mix with spices, lemon juice, and red wine vinegar.
  • Coat pre-cooked shrimp with marinade and let marinate in the fridge for at least 3 hours, up to 24 hours.
