Chilled Spicy Shrimp
Great for salads, wraps, or as a main chourse. Shrimp is rich in protein, low in calories, and more or less carb-free. It supplies essential nutrients like selenium, vitamin B12, and iodine, supporting thyroid function, immune health, and brain activity.
Ingredients
- 160 gram Cooked Shrimp
- 30 gram/ml Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp hot chili sauce such as sriracha or Sambal OelekÂ
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Ground Paprika
- 1 tsp Oregano, dried
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except shrimp. Pour over shrimp and let marinate in the fridge for 30+ minutes.
- Serve in a salad, on lettuce leaves, with pasta, or on skewers.
