  • 140 gram Frozen Three Berry Blend or any other frozen fruit combination
  • 50 gram Banana freeze before making
  • 236 gram/ml Almond milk – Vanilla Unsweetened same as 1 cup


  • Cut and freeze banana a few hours before making the smoothie bowl
  • Place the ingredients in a blender and blend to a puree
  • Pour into a deep bowl and top with your favorite toppings
  • Add sweetener to taste

  • Greens (e.g., spinach, kale) for added nutrients.
  • Collagen
  • Protein powder (whey, plant-based) for a protein boost.
  • Nut butter (almond, peanut) for richness and flavor.
