Super refreshing for hot summer days

  • 2 boxes Sugar-Free Gelatin Dessert Mix (0.3 oz/7.5 g each box)
  • 100 gram Strawberries You can also use other berries such as raspberry
  • 75 gram Cool Whip – Whipped Topping


  • Boil 236 g (1 cup) water.
  • Mix with the boiling water with one of the jello packages.
  • Add 236 g (1 cup) cold water, mix.
  • Add mix into a 9-inch round pie or cake pan.
  • Add 100-gram berries
  • Chill until completely set or overnight.
  • Mix the second jello package with 236 g hot water.
  • Add120 g cold water, and let come to room temperature.
  • Once room temperature, add 75 gram cool whip. Whisk well with a whip.
  • Pour this over the set Jello and return to the fridge.
  • Once set, top with 35 gram cool whip.
