Jalapeno & Tomato Dip
Higher protein and lower calories than your regular dip
Ingredients
- 120 gram greek yogurt 0% 64 calories
- 25 gram tomato 5 calories
- 15 gram onion 6 calories
- 10 gram bell pepper, green 2 calories
- 7 gram jalapeƱo 2 calories
- 0.5 clove garlic
- 0.25 tsp paprika
- 1 dash salt
Instructions
- Place veggies in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. You can also do this by hand. If there is too much liquid, drain the excess in a coriander.
- Mix greek yogurt, veggies, paprika, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Let stand 30 minutes in the fridge before serving.
