Tartar Sauce with Greek Yogurt

Tartar Sauce

Feel free to substitute some of the yogurts with mayo. You can also add finely chopped capers or herbs like dill and parsley.

Ingredients
  

  • 110 gram Greek yogurt, 2% 77 calories
  • 6 gram mustard
  • 3 gram onion 1 calorie
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 calorie
  • 10 gram/ml Worcestershire Sauce 10 calories

Instructions
 

  • Chop onion and pickles. Mix everything together and let stand in the fridge for one hour before serving.

Notes

Because this is made without mayo I’d recommend using a higher-fat Greek yogurt, but the non-fat one works as well. In addition, you might want to add sweeteners such as a small amount of honey or Splenda.
