Zucchini Bread Oatmeal

Zucchini is a great way to add volume to your oatmeal without the excess calories

  • 40 gram Rolled oats 150 calories
  • 40 gram Banana 36 calories
  • 50 gram Zucchini 9 calories
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon 1 calories
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla Extract 2 calories


  • Peel the green skin of the zucchini then grate it. Squeeze out the excess water with a paper towel.
  • Dice the banana.
  • Mix oats, cinnamon, banana, and water in a pot or a large microwave-safe dish.

  • Stir in zucchini, and vanilla extract to the oatmeal. Serve.


Serve with your favorite oatmeal toppings.
