Ingredients
  

  • 132 gram Egg white approx 4 eggs
  • 0.5 tsp Salt And Pepper 0.25 tsp
  • 2 sprays Cooking Spray

Optional

  • 20 gram onion
  • 40 gram bell pepper
  • 20 gram mushroom
  • Scallions, Spinach, Squash, Garlic, or Tomato

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk egg whites with seasonings until frothy.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Optional: Add the vegetables and sauté for 5-6 minutes. If using frozen vegetables, they may need a longer time.
  • Pour egg whites over the veggies and tilt the pan until it has spread all around.
  • Turn the heat to low.
  • Cook for 3-5 minutes until the egg has turned white.
  • Lift one side over the other and let cook for another minute.
