Asian-Inspired Shrimp
A delicious way to flavor your precooked shrimp.
Ingredients
- 170 gram Cooked Shrimp Tail Off
- 15 ml/gram Soy Sauce 15 ml
- 10 ml/gram Rice vinegar
- 5 ml/gram Lemon Juice
- 2 gram Sesame Oil
- 15 gram Scallion
- 2 gram Cilantro
Instructions
- Chop cilantro and scallions. Mix together with all ingredients except shrimp.
- Coat precooked shrimp in marinade and let stand in the fridge at least for 15-30 minutes.
- Serve in a salad, on lettuce leaves, with pasta, or on skewers.
