Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream – Half & Half

Ingredients
  

  • 120 gram Greek Yogurt – Nonfat
  • 240 gram/ml Skim Milk 0% I use Fair Life
  • 30 gram/ml Half & Half
  • 1 gram Xanthan Gum or Guar Gum 0.5 tsp
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, food processor, or immersion blender: combine all ingredients except 20 grams/ml of the milk and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer the mix to the container.
  • Freeze for at least 24 hours.
  • When ready, use the light ice cream setting on the Ninja CREAMi machine.
  • After the cycle is done, take it out of the container and add the remaining 20 grams/ml of milk.
  • Now use the respin setting on the Ninja CREAMi machine. You may have to respin it twice depending on how frozen the base is.
